Following the lessons from Laurence Vallières’ Online Course for Cardboard Sculpting, I’m attempting to make a giant version of my Nuff bird. This will be the armature I trowell concrete paper clay over the top. I started with a ruff cross structure of the front and side view, then added strips of cardboard to form the ruff shape. It was quick to build out the form this way and I was able to recycle a few Amazon boxes in the process. Hot glue is a craft girl’s best friend.
