T-nuts are slowly becoming my favorite type of fastener. I already used these on the rear of my sculpture. The t-nuts allow me to create a threaded hole in my sculpture to which I can spin in bolts. The clever part is I can’t access the inside of my sculpture, so the t-nut solves this problem by securing it from the front. I’ll cover the metal with clay so it can not pull out. I’m using this method with the wings and the cup.
