Moment of truth… will the holes in each layer line up and work with the hardware plan? The only way to know is to do a dry fit and see how the bolts align and stack with the aluminum spacers. The verdict is in, and it worked! I’m thrilled and relieved it all stacks so nicely. Going to be 24 x 24 x 6 inches when complete. Now I can return to painting the waves, knowing it will assemble correctly. Phew!
