Back to the Giraffe

I have found the courage to return to the giant giraffe head I started months ago. I enlarged this pattern by Joni Good at Ultimate Paper Mache to print on 36″ paper. I cut each pattern piece on poster board from the dollar store, and the results were a little floppy and not holding shape. So I hot glued cardboard reinforcements inside to keep the head from collapsing. I just need it to hold its shape as I add the paper mache strips to firm up the shell.
