Continuing with my EVA foam exploration, I added a strip with hot glue to my alien head to form a “dam wall” to make a simple overbite mouth. Then I backfilled the foam with clay and blended it into the head. The foam made keeping a sharp ledge for the mouth easy, and the clay covered it easily.
